SoulFire Collective began with a simple belief: people should not have to lose themselves in order to succeed.
Founder Mariah Newman spent years leading complex transformation work inside large organizations, helping teams navigate growth, operational challenges, and leadership alignment. Again and again, she saw the same pattern. Capable, driven people were exhausted. Not because they lacked ambition, but because the systems around them were unclear, reactive, and unsustainable.
When Mariah first launched SoulFire, the mission was personal. She wanted to help people reconnect with what set their soul on fire. Many were ready to thrive. They simply needed the space, support, and courage to rediscover their purpose.
But something unexpected happened.
The deeper Mariah worked with individuals, the clearer the real problem became.
Most people were not broken. The systems around them were.
Talented leaders were stuck inside environments that lacked clarity, alignment, and healthy operating rhythms. When those systems changed, everything changed. Energy returned. Teams aligned. People began doing the work they were actually capable of.
